About This Project

This new knock down rebuild provides an architectural elegance to the leafy streets of Lane Cove.

The design solution captures the natural elements of the site such as the natural fall to the rear, solar configuration and the scenic views to the rear of the site which were previously ignored.

The improved functionality of the kitchen ‘heart of the house’ with the everyday spaces allowed from a more functional everyday living, while providing a desirable retreat for the kids to the lower floor pool terrace.

This design captures the importance of the clients brief, while expressing an architectural character that is unique not only to Lane Cove but to the wider community.
