Client De-Brief
After our architects have ascertained and entire compilation of our client’s needs, we discuss in depth possible construction methods, design alternatives in order to maximise potential cost saving for our clients but remain within local council requirements. We work closely with our architects to determine final alternatives for presented to our client’s feedback and approval.
Cost Planning Efficiency
During the design stage, we are proactively referring to our client’s budget to prevent any “hidden surprises”. We educate our clients with the knowledge they need to confidently make major decisions prior to construction. This is all discussed in depth with both our clients and architects until we reach a definitive solution.

Upon signing of a contract, we proceed to send drawings and scope of works to our team of contractors and suppliers. This process is managed by our site supervisor together with our company director to ensure the construction program runs efficiently. We implement a high standard of quality control procedures which must be followed to the “Grandeur” standard.
Client Correspondence
We are proud of the communication systems between our teams with the focus on quality control and client satisfaction being our two main drivers. Where necessary, we meet with our clients/architects to discuss amendments, preferences of items location etc. We regularly correspond with our clients via email/telephone and require confirmations in writing before proceeding.
