Grandeur By Design was formed in 2001 after years of co-operation between the architects and builders on a number of luxury Sydney homes.
We saw a unique opportunity in the market for a more co-ordinated approach to architecture and construction. We work hard to make each project an enjoyable experience for our clients “from conception to completion”.
Our architects and builders work all over Sydney with a focus on the Northern Suburbs and the North Shore areas.

In 2009, HIA recognised our outstanding level of quality and attention to detail. Grandeur By Design was awarded finalist in the category of Custom Built Home under $2 Million in NSW.

William Khalil

William is our master builder who oversees all aspects of construction. He is highly organised and is driven by systems and programs. He leads by example and has a strong network of licensed tradesmen who aspire to his level of professionalism.
Daniel Ward

Daniel is in charge of project approvals and co-ordination. Daniel is a formidable planner who demands quality.
Geoff Dalgliesh

Geoff leads the design team from initial concepts to on-site details and has a passion for architecture.
Therese Khalil

Therese is also an active member of the design team from start to finish. Her knowledge and experience allows her to assist in choosing colours and finishes.
